Roles we recruit for

Registered Nurses (RGN / RMN)

Lead clinical care, medication and care planning, and support the care team on day and night shifts. Active NMC registration required.

Senior Care Assistants

Lead shifts, support with medication (with training) and guide and mentor care assistants.

Care Assistants

Support residents with personal care, mobility, meals and companionship. Full training provided — experience welcome but not essential.

Activities Coordinator

Plan and run activities, events and one-to-one sessions that bring joy and purpose to residents’ days.

Kitchen Team

Prepare nutritious, appetising meals that meet residents’ dietary needs, cultures and preferences.

Housekeeping & Laundry

Keep our home clean, fresh and welcoming, and take great care of residents’ clothing and belongings.
